The Leaves Bintaro is located in South Jakarta, Indonesia. It is a cluster of 10 townhouse that are elegantly design towards a modern american classic look. We understood that both the facade and floor plan is an important aspect of creating a marketable townhouse, thus we put a lot of thought into this. The conclusion we made was to make a modern american classic look to evoke a suburban home feeling while maintaining elegancy and coziness when coming home. The townhouse is programmed to have 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms plus an addition of 1 guest bedroom and bathroom and is 2 levels.
