Our first phase of the project presents 20 elegantly designed, French-inspired units, comprising of Oak, Maple, and Pine variations. Our first phase of the project features 20 units of modern, French-inspired townhouses divided into three types: Oak, Maple, and Pine. The Oak, our largest option at 7 x 15, boasts the option of a private swimming pool. The Pine, our smallest option at 7 x 10, offers a spacious 4-bedroom layout.

MAPLE 6 X 15

The Maple, at 6 x 15, features a grand window in the facade that floods the interior with natural light. Maple (6x15) has 109 sqm of livable space. This includes 4 + 1 bedrooms and 3 + 1 bathroom and spacious living and dining room overlooking the garden. We design the interior to be a neutral palette with hints of natural accents, such as the fins for the staircase. The Living space could be occupied with 2 seater sofa with a pouf and also a 4 seater dinning table. The house is to be decorated with lots of plants around the house to provide greenery living.

PINE 7 X 10

Pine, our smallest unit in The Leaves Rempoa, houses 4 bedrooms. YES you read it right. 4 BEDROOMS, in an 7 x 10 unit. With 3 bathrooms and still ample amount of space in the living space.

OAK 7 X 15

The Oak, our flagship offering, presents two options for discerning buyers: the Deluxe and the Premium. The Oak Premium, measuring 145 sqm, offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a private swimming pool, seamlessly blending luxury and functionality. The Oak Deluxe, at 137 sqm, features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and ample living spaces, including a spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen.
